This generous villa is located between Sosua and Cabarete and is
surrounded by a natural stone wall which gives comfortable privacy.
The terrace is generously spacios. The windows and the kitchen are
tailor-made and were constructed in our company cabinet shop. The
doors and the kitchen are made from mahogany. The windows correspond
to european standard. The villa comes with all american appliances -
refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, washer and dryer. Each of the 5
bedrooms have bathrooms, walk-in closet and air-conditioning and the
master bedroom has two bathrooms, his and hers with their own
closets. There a large pool with a large gazebo at the end. There is
also a large cistern with a pressure tank and pump to insure a
constant supply of water. The villa is totaly landscaped with a flag
stone walk way going through the gardens. The villa comes
semi-furnished.
