Caribbean villa, built 2006 on a Dominican hillside with beautiful
ocean view over the whole area to Puerto Plata. Surrounded by
tropical vegetation, there is always a nice, cooling breeze from the
trade winds. Garage with automatic sliding door and auto pit. The
mahogany kitchen, stairs and entrance door are handmade. The pool
with jacuzzi is directly in front of a well sized terrace (~20mē).
The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathroom, a big kitchen connected to
the living area with big sliding door windows. On the ground level
you have 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, on the first floor is the master
bedroom and 1 bathroom which are connected to another terrace of
20mē with an even better view of the Atlantic ocean. If this is
still not enough space - in the garage are already all connections
installed, so it's very simple to change the garage to a separate
studio!!!
