This generous villa is in Perla Marina and is surrounded by a
natural stone wall that gives you a comfortable privacy. The terrace
has generous space and is totally screened. The windows and the
kitchen are tailor-made and were constructed in our company cabinet
shop. The windows correspond to European standard. There is a pantry
next to the kitchen. The villa comes with all American appliances -
refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, washer and dryer. Each of the 5
bedrooms have bathrooms, walk-in closets and air-conditioning and
the master bedroom has two bathrooms, his and hers with their own
closets. The enclosed garage has enough space to park two cars. You
will find an 20' x 40' large pool. For children, there is another
separate 10' x 10' large paddling pool with a large gazebo at the
end of the pools. A super silent 17 Kw diesel generator guarantees
24 hour electricity. There is also a large cistern with a pressure
tank and pump to insure a constant supply of water. The Villa is
totaly landscaped with flag stone walk way going through the gardens.
There is a lovely day bathroom plus a maids quarter with private
entrance. The villa comes semi furnished ( we do not supply personel
items ).
